Mark West has been working in the Telecommunications industry since 1984, commenced working for Telstra as an Apprentice Telecommunications technician. After 23 years of working for Telstra Mark left the organization where he was the Operations Manager for Telstra's Mobile and fixed line networks. Mark Joined Ericsson in 2007 as the "Customer Support Manger for Market Unit Australia New Zealand and the pacific Islands, he then moved to Indonesia to head up the support organization and following this became Head of Customer Support Bangladesh. Mark has extensive experience in managing mobile networks across a broad range of products in different countries.
