Ejaj Ahmad founded the Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) with the vision of creating a more tolerant, inclusive and just society by training the next generation of leaders in Bangladesh. BYLC's international award winning leadership program, developed at Harvard and MIT, unites youth from diverse educational and socio-economic backgrounds, equips them with leadership skills, and engages them in service-oriented project in local communities to address Bangladesh's most urgent developmental needs.


Ejaj is actively engaged with several youth-run initiatives in Bangladesh and serves on the board of a secondary girls' high school. Ejaj holds an MA (Hons) in Economics from St. Andrews University in Scotland and a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University in USA.
